Yet another useful tool in Great Plains is the built in tutorials that literally teach users how to use Great Plains step-by-step. To get started, the user need only select tutorials from the help menu as shown below.
Thereafter a list of tutorial lessons is displayed, and in this example we will select the “Entering a Quote” tutorial.
The lesson begins by instructing the user step-by-step.
Throughout the tutorial, sample screen shots are provided allowing the user to confirm and compare their screen to the sample screen in the system.
